The new Veo Cam 2 2.2.0 firmware enables new features in the camera app, fixes some critical bugs, improves camera stability and performance. Most notably the firmware includes:
- Enabling users to assigning their recordings to teams from the camera app, so recordings will go directly to players and team members as soon as it is processed. Requires latest iOS app version 3.1.1 or newer
- Proactively corrects the stitching of the two lenses and recalibrates the video for Instant Playback and Livestreams.
- Prevents cameras from getting stuck in booting cycle.
- Other stability and performance improvements.

Monitoring – A 2.2.1 firmware has been deployed to all cameras on 2.2.0. We are monitoring the situation

Resolved – We have determined that the newest firmware fixes the charging issue. Please ensure that your camera is turned on, connected to power and connected to the internet. Once connected to the internet, the camera will automatically update to the 2.2.1 firmware update. Thank you for your patience and we apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused.
