Veo Cam 3 firmware update – 3.9.3

Fixed in this update: 

1. Fixed a rare issue where an upload could get stuck on the camera even though it was already fully available in the cloud.
2. Improved support for very large uploads.
3. Improved handling of Wi-Fi hotspot.
4. Internal stability and performance improvements
